8. Service Level Agreement

For Enterprise customers, we provide a 99.9% uptime SLA as detailed in your service agreement. For other plans, we strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee specific availability levels.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Target Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Target Solutions is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
